HOSTING & OPERATIONS
Managed Hosting & Technical Operations
€299 per year
equivalent to approximately €24.92 per month
I take care of hosting your website and managing the technical connection between the website and its domain. This keeps your website reliably available without requiring you to manage hosting, DNS, or deployments yourself.
Ongoing service, billed annually. Not included in the one-time development price.

Not included are ongoing content changes, new features, extensive application-code repairs, paid third-party services, or unusually high or abusive usage.
Domain Costs
The registration and renewal costs of the selected domain are billed separately each year at the actual price. The cost depends on the chosen domain extension and the specific domain name.
The domain is technically managed by me on behalf of the client. When the collaboration ends, it can be transferred to the client or another service provider.
Website Maintenance – from €49/month
Includes minor content changes and technical support with up to 30 minutes of modification work per month. Unused time does not roll over to subsequent months. Larger changes, new features, or additional work will be agreed in advance and quoted separately.

Every website is different. After a non-binding initial consultation, you will receive a transparent fixed-price proposal tailored specifically to your project.
The estimated project durations are guidelines and apply from the project start once all required content and information have been provided. Delays in providing content or feedback may extend the completion date accordingly.

Managed hosting, domain costs, and paid third-party services are not included in the one-time development price. Hosting and technical operations can be booked as a separate annual service. The selected domain is billed separately each year. Additional features outside the agreed project scope are offered after prior consultation. Legal texts such as the legal notice and privacy policy are provided by you and can be technically integrated into the website.
What is a revision round?
After a presentation of the website, you collect your requested changes and send them together. These changes are then implemented as one revision round.

Once the design direction has been agreed upon, the website is fully developed. You follow the progress and provide feedback within the agreed revision rounds.

Once you approve the result, the finished website is published and ready for your customers.
